Overview
The Lynx DSS, available in the L108-F2G-S2 version, is a device server integrated with a Layer 2 industrial Ethernet switch, all powered by the advanced Westermo WeOS network operating system. Renowned for being the most compact and power-efficient device server in its class, the Lynx DSS features 4 10/100 Mbit/s ports and 2 additional ports that can be equipped with either Gigabit or 100 Mbit SFP transceivers. The device includes two serial ports: one fixed for RS-232 and the other configurable for RS-232 or RS-422/485.
The Lynx DSS is meticulously designed for ease of use in industrial settings. It boasts a robust DIN rail clip for secure mounting, configurable fault contacts, and dual power inputs suitable for industrial environments.
